On 14 September 2019, new requirements for authenticating online payments were introduced in Europe as part of the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2).

In order to comply with PSD2 regulations, we will implement SCA (Secure Customer Authentication) on our platform, which means additional authentication will be added into the payment flow.

This upgrade will start on January 1, 2021. During the process, deposits and withdrawals in euro and transactions via bank card might fail, but crypto-crypto trading will not be affected and your assets will remain safe.

We strongly recommend you to make transactions including deposit, withdrawal and euro-crypto trading before January 1, 2021. You can continue trading with your cryptos during the upgrade process.
